Policy and Advocacy Manager | Jess Riley, MSWTitle: Policy and Advocacy ManagerE-mail: Phone: 517-940-4684 Profile: Jess Riley serves as NASW-Michigan’s Policy and Advocacy Manager. She first became involved with NASW in 2020 as a BSW intern with the Texas Chapter, later working as a community organizer supporting member engagement and statewide advocacy efforts. Jess also brings experience in campaign work and field organizing, and completed her MSW at the University of Michigan with a focus on local community-based policy in areas such as housing affordability, transportation, food access, and labor issues. At NASW-MI, Jess leads legislative advocacy and supports member engagement on policy issues across the state. In their free time, they enjoy eating good food, playing pool, singing karaoke, and walking with their dachshund, Bean. |
