Update to LPC Proposed Practice Changes

On Tuesday, the House Ways and Means committee voted out HB 4325, which would codify the current rules for LPCs. Later that afternoon the full House unanimously passed the bill 108-0-2. The bill now goes to the Senate, the Senate cannot take the bill up until next week. Chair of the Senate Health Policy committee Sen. Curt Vanderwall has said he will act quickly – as soon as next week. Link to the House passed version of the bill:

HB 4325 is set to move to the Senate Health Policy and Human Services Committee Thursday October 17th, 2019.
