Are you considering starting a private practice at some point in your social work career? Do you know what steps are needed to make that happen? From understanding NPI numbers and tax IDs to getting credentialed with insurance companies and marketing your services, there’s a business side of private practice that is rarely covered in coursework. This NASW Student Series program will provide an introduction to the practical and administrative foundations you’ll need whether you plan to open your own practice or join an existing one.
