Presenter Bio:
Jill Strahan, LMSW, 200RYT graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Wayne State University in 2012. She has always been passionate about helping others and offering holistic approaches to assist in mind body connection while working through trauma, and also to reduce stress. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in June 2018, and is working on developing a Yoga Infused Therapy group that will utilize breath and movement along with mindfulness at the Traverse Health Clinic located in Traverse City, Michigan.

- Going through 200 hour training is generally required before completing any further training for specific yoga classes (ie 300 hour, 500 hour, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga workshops)
