Thoughtful Thursday offers weekly breathwork practice and mindfulness activities for social workers in a welcoming virtual space designed to support reflection, grounding, connection, and emotional wellbeing. Participants will gather each Thursday to engage in mindfulness-based learning, guided reflection, and gentle experiential practices intended to support both personal and professional growth. (“I will…”) Participation Information Thoughtful Thursday aims to provide a low-pressure, safe space to learn and grow while connecting with others. Unless otherwise specified, many experiences are intentionally designed with an open-flow structure. Participants are invited to engage in ways that feel supportive and comfortable to them. Examples include:

Each session may vary in focus and experience, so participants are welcome to attend as consistently or flexibly as needed. Important Note This group/class/workshop is intended for mindfulness practice, awareness-building, education, and emotional wellbeing purposes only. Participation does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or clinical supervision. Continuing Education CEs will not be offered for every class. Select special sessions throughout the year may include continuing education opportunities.
