Robyn Grant, MSW
Robyn Grant is the Director of Public Policy and Advocacy at the National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, where she leads development and implementation of the Consumer Voice’s policy agenda and expands and mobilizes the organization’s grassroots network. Robyn’s previous experience includes eight years as Indiana’s State Long-Term Care Ombudsman.

Paige Hector, LMSW
Paige Hector is a clinical educator and professional speaker with over 25 years’ experience in post-acute and long-term care. She specializes in clinical operations, advance care planning and process improvement. She writes extensively and is active in the National Nursing Home Social Work Network.

Chris Herman
For 13 years, Chris Herman has been Senior Practice Associate for Aging at NASW, working to improve the well-being of older adults and to advance gerontological social work through federal policy advocacy and national-level practice-focused initiatives. Chris also spent a decade in micro-level practice, specializing in aging and chronic and terminal illness.
