A general description on human trafficking; The presenter will provide examples of community-wide efforts from across the country to promote collaboration between public agencies and private and nonprofit organizations. Participants will learn the necessary steps of awareness, and red flags for identifying victims of sex or labor trafficking.


Learning Objectives:

  1. Review NASW ethical standards regarding social worker competence
  2. Identification of Victims of Human Trafficking
  3. Response to Victim Trafficking efforts- learning about anti-trafficking efforts
