NASW-Michigan is Going Green!
Starting August 1st, NASW-Michigan will be going green with a new newsletter format. Based on member input, we have decided to switch our Connections newsletter to an e-newsletter format, which will be available for download and print on the NASW-Michigan website. If you choose to receive the newsletter via your email, you will be receiving a newsletter each month! For those who wish to have a printed copy mailed to them, four issues of Connections (approximately one per quarter) will be mailed to you, on request only. Special publications on critical and important topics will still be printed and mailed to every member.
Attention NASW-Michigan Members! We have just added a new Member Resource Center to our website, listing several important documents pertaining to your membership, licensure in Michigan, and continuing education rules/requirements. This section will be changing frequently as more documents are added - so please check back often! If there are documents missing from this section that you feel should be there, please contact our office.
Several Special Interest Groups have made it easy to stay up to date with what they are doing! By clicking on the name of a Special Interest Group below, you can view minutes, upcoming meeting times, meeting agendas, and more!

The Committee educates and engages the membership in the legislative process, administrative actions, and ballot initiatives that affect social workers and their client populations.
