Region 6 - Clinton, Ingham, Eaton, Livingston, and Shiawasee Counties
Join us on Thursday, November 19 for a special workshop on November 19 from 10:30am – 11:30am on human trafficking and what social workers need to know. Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery in which traffickers use force, fraud, or coercion to control victims for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts or labor services against his/her will. This workshop is being presented by NASW-Michigan’s Physical and Sexual Violent and Women's Issues (PSVWI) Work Group.
NASW members receive 1 FREE CE for attending. Non-member cost is $15.00.
