In the context of the preceding sessions, this session will explore the functioning of nonprofit organizations that have priorities financial well-being (including for their staff, and/or target populations served). Within the context of nonprofit organizations, maintaining a culture of financial awareness and business sense dictates structure.

 

Learning Objectives:

1.  Attendee’s better understand their individual role in terms of financial implications 

2. Attendee’s better understand non-profit financial business implications

3. Attendee’s better understand client or target populations role in the financial structure
