Region 10

Region 10 meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every other month, 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at various locations.

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 21 at the Village of Spring Meadows / Amy Whitehead Senior Living Community at 3501 Cherry Blossom Drive in Jackson.

This meeting will feature a presentation on Health Care Reform by David Shaltz. David Shaltz is recognized statewide as an expert on Michigan's Medicaid program. He is a frequent trainer on elder law topics for community groups, nonprofit organizations that serve older and disabled persons, and professional organizations. In addition to elder law, David's practice includes complex litigation and appeals of state administrative law issues. He often represents residential customers of utility companies in rate cases before the Michigan Public Service Commission. Attendees of this meeting / workshop will receive 1.5 CEs (Free for NASW Members, $15 for non-members).
